Meet Dr. Heather Kidwell

With over 10 years of experience guiding people through transformation, I specialize in stress management, event facilitation and curating individualized learning. I blends science‑backed tools with intuitive, sensory‑rich practices to help ambitious humans reclaim energy, voice, and joy.

 

I believe change happens when people feel safe, supported, and understood. My role is to help you explore what is happening beneath the surface, name what you are feeling, and guide you toward decisions that are aligned with who you are becoming.
